Goren knows where to find used cigarettes and checks for Eames before he and a homelss man "smoke 'em if you get 'em."

Goren gets Howard the TB patient to serenade Deakins with "Beautiful Dreamer" and Eames admires how good he is.

Eames gets swung at 'cause "she's too hot to be a cop" and Goren doesn't have anything to share with the class when he leans back and zones out in his chair in Deakin's office.
